Wag N’ Purr Shop relies solely on donations, and being a boutique-sized business, we are fortunate to know the origin of the majority of our handbags and accessories. Additionally, we check receipts, authenticity cards and certificates when available, and also check fabrication, brand stamps, and hardware. When we do require additional information, we have experts we can call upon. Most importantly, we firmly stand behind the quality and legitimacy of our products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have documentation showing that an item you've purchased at our store is not authentic, please contact us immediately.
