Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns except in cases or damage or errors (see below). We are strongly committed to quality and authenticity when it comes to the generously donated items we accept and sell, and our policies help us to offer our shoppers the very best products at the very best prices.
Exceptions for damages or errors:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@wagnpurrshop.org and provide your order information and photos of the item(s) in question. If we determine that you are due a refund, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back to us. When we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed, and your original payment method will be credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
