Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, no. When you add an item to your cart, it will still be available to other shoppers until it is purchased. If you fall in love with an item, we recommend that you don't delay!

WHERE DO YOUR PROFITS GO?

We are thrilled to donate 100% of Wag N' Purr Shop profits to the FACE Foundation, which helps save pets in need of critical or lifesaving care. Without the kind of financial assistance FACE provides, many beloved family pets are unnecessarily put to death in what has become known as "economic euthanasia."

How can I be sure my item is authentic?

Wag N’ Purr Shop relies solely on donations, and being a boutique-sized business, we are fortunate to know the origin of the majority of our handbags and accessories. Additionally, we check receipts, authenticity cards and certificates when available, and also check fabrication, brand stamps, and hardware. When we do require additional information, we have experts we can call upon. Most importantly, we firmly stand behind the quality and legitimacy of our products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you purchase an item from us that you are convinced is not authentic, we will gladly honor a return.

What happens when I add something to the wish list?

If you see something you like while shopping, you may add it to your wish list by clicking the heart icon on the product pages. You can easily refer back to your wish list item(s) later by clicking on the heart (desktop) or the account icon (mobile) on the upper right hand part of your screen.

How do I donate an item?

We're so glad you asked! We are accepting new and gently-loved items. Please visit our donate page to learn more about the types of items we accept. You may also make a direct financial contribution to the FACE Foundation here.

How do I get my donation to you?

You can drop off your donation at our office, ship it to us, or you may qualify for our White Paw Pickup Service. Please send us an email for more information.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Your donation may be tax deductible for its present day value. We will provide you with a receipt for tax purposes which acknowledges our receipt of your donation, but please note that we will not offer any opinion as to the value of your item(s). Be sure to check with your tax advisor to ensure that your donation's value is properly reported.

What is the cost for shipping?

We offer FREE White Paw ground shipping on all orders!

What is your shipping time frame?

We use ground for shipping, which typically takes 2 to 10 business days. Just as soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please send us an email with your order number. If your package cannot be found, we will arrange for a refund to be issued immediately.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our envelopes, cardboard boxes, and paper padding can be recycled along with other paper products in your recycle bin.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns. We are we are strongly committed to quality and authenticity when it comes to the generously donated items we accept and sell, and our policies help us to offer you the very best products at the very best prices.

How do I cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been placed, but we will make every effort to do so if you contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we will be unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can quickly work to resolve the issue. To request a refund, please send us an email and provide your order information and photos of the item(s) in question. Upon determining that you are due a refund, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back to us. When we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed immediately, and your original payment method will be credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
